Thank you for choosing Clauz Tours and Travel. Please read the following terms carefully before confirming any booking with us. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed upon full or partial payment, depending on the type of service.
  • Confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp, email, or SMS after payment is received.
  • It is your responsibility to review the booking details and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment may be required for certain services like flights, hotel reservations, and visa applications.
  • Accepted payment methods include mobile money, bank transfers, and online payment platforms as advised by our team.
  • All prices are quoted in AED (or as stated) and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Visa Services: Once submitted, visa application fees are non-refundable, regardless of approval or rejection.
  • Flight & Hotel Bookings: Cancellation and refund policies depend on the airline or hotel’s policy. Clauz Tours will inform you of the applicable charges before processing your request.
  • Tours & Packages: Cancellation charges may apply based on how close the cancellation is to the travel date. Please inquire before booking.
  • All refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Any changes requested after booking (such as dates, names, or package modifications) may incur extra charges.
  • Changes are subject to availability and approval by our service partners (airlines, hotels, immigration offices, etc.).

5. Travel Documents

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they have valid passports, visas, and other required documents before traveling.
  • Clauz Tours and Travel is not liable for any issues resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Clauz Tours and Travel acts as an agent for third-party service providers. We are not responsible for loss, damage, delay, or injury caused by airlines, hotels, or immigration authorities.
  • We are not liable for force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or health emergencies.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal and travel information.
  • Make timely payments to avoid cancellation.
  • Follow immigration and local regulations during travel.
